Important Dates and Times for Exhibitors
 
  Move-in Begins   June 28 Tuesday 12 p.m.
    June 29
Wednesday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
         
  Move-in Ends   June 30 Thursday 9 a.m.
         
  Exhibit Hall Hours   June 30 Thursday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
    July 1 Friday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
          
Setup and Dismantling
  You may begin setting up your booth at 12:00 p.m., Tuesday June 29. All exhibits must be in place by 8:30 a.m., Thursday June 30. Dismantling may not begin until 5pm, Friday,July 1. All exhibits must be removed by midnight, July 1.
