Important Dates and Times for Exhibitors
 
  Move-in Begins   June 29 Monday 12 p.m.
    June 30
Tuesday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
         
  Move-in Ends   July 1 Wednesday 9 a.m.
         
  Exhibit Hall Hours   July 1 Wednesday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
    July 2 Thursday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
    July 3 Friday 9 a.m.- 11 a.m.
         
Move-out   July 3 Friday 12 p.m.- midnight
          
Setup and Dismantling
  You may begin setting up your booth at 12:00 p.m., Monday June 29. All exhibits must be in place by 8:30 a.m., Wednesday July 1 . Dismantling may not begin until 12 noon, Friday July 3. All exhibits must be removed by midnight, July 3.
